Return Policy:

                          All sales are final, no returns. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receipt only if the hair is in it's original form with the zip-ties and tags intact. The hair pieces to be exchanged will be solely the buyers responsibility during transit until received by us, and  are subject to approval upon receipt. We strongly recommend using UPS or Fedex trackable and insured service for sending us your exchanges.
