​​​​​​~ The RAW unprocessed hair has a tendency to get dry just like your real hair, for that very reason, your hair can feel dry when you receive it.

~ We strongly recommend deep conditioning your hair upon receipt, before further selling it to your clients. For best results, let the hair air dry.

~ It is suggested to use shampoos & conditioners that are sulfate free, phosphate free, and paraben free. It is best to use lukewarm water to shampoo & condition your hair, and avoid using hot water.

~ Shampoo & conditioning is recommended at least once a week after installation. It is must that you condition the hair before and after each process of bleaching and coloring.

~ We strongly discourage the use of any powder based products on raw hair extensions, it is recommended that you use cream based products instead. The powder based products can take life away from the raw hair and leave it dry and damaged.

~ The life of any good quality virgin remy hair with proper maintenance is at least 1 - 2 years. However, it is advisable to reseal your wefts every 2 - 3 months for minimum shedding.
